How we work together

You license a process or a formulation; AIC puts it into production here.

For a technology owner who wants a product made and sold in this region without operating in it.

Who this suits

If one of these describes you, this is the right arrangement to ask about.

  • A technology owner whose process is proven elsewhere and has no route into this market.
  • A formulator who would rather license than ship, and wants the technology handled by a company with its own laboratories.
  • A company whose product needs local manufacture to be viable here, and who does not intend to build the plant.

What AIC does

What is already in place, and already in use for AIC's own products.

Takes the process into an operating plant

AIC already manufactures inks, coatings and adhesives in Pakistan. A licensed process goes into a working plant rather than into a project.

Transfers and proves it in the laboratories

The formulation laboratory carries out the transfer and the application laboratory proves the output on local substrates and processes.

Places it with customers

Technical sales engineers who can explain a new technology to a production manager, covering the market from five locations.

Carries the registration work

The regulatory and registration steps a new product needs before it may be sold are done in-house.

What stays with you

An arrangement with AIC does not ask you to give up what you own.

The technology remains yours. What is disclosed in order to assess or operate a licence is held in confidence under a written undertaking settled before any disclosure.

Territory. Production in Pakistan, with the licensed product sold here, into the UAE and the GCC, or exported, as the licence provides.

Commercial terms are not published. They are settled with a named counterparty once a conversation has begun.
