How we work together

AIC finds and qualifies the buyer; the shipment moves between you and the customer.

Where you would rather supply the end user directly, AIC does the finding, the qualifying and the technical conversation, and stays with the customer for as long as the relationship needs it.

Who this suits

If one of these describes you, this is the right arrangement to ask about.

  • A producer who prefers to invoice the end user directly but has no presence in this region to find that end user.
  • A manufacturer whose shipment size suits a mill or a converter buying for itself rather than a distributor buying for stock.
  • A supplier testing whether a market exists here before committing stock to it.

What AIC does

What is already in place, and already in use for AIC's own products.

Identifies and qualifies the buyer

AIC knows which mills, converters, printers and formulators use what, and which of them can buy at the scale you ship.

Carries the technical conversation

The formulation and application laboratories answer the customer's technical questions and prove the product on their own substrate before an order is placed.

Handles the documentation

The paperwork an import needs on this side, prepared by people who do it daily.

Stays with the customer afterwards

A direct shipment still leaves the customer with questions. The technical sales team answers them here instead of the enquiry travelling back to your office.

What stays with you

An arrangement with AIC does not ask you to give up what you own.

The contract, the invoice and the shipment. You supply the customer directly; AIC is not in the middle of the transaction, only in the middle of the relationship.

Territory. Indenting business is taken in all three territories — Pakistan, the UAE and the GCC, and other markets through the trading division.

Commercial terms are not published. They are settled with a named counterparty once a conversation has begun.
