Questions & answers
A two-component screen printing ink engineered for flexible substrates needing both high flexibility and strong colour performance.
EVA foam, TPU film and sheet, PU-coated and Cordura-type fabrics, laminated EVA, and flexible materials generally.
Outstanding flexibility across a wide range of flexible materials. Excellent adhesion on flexible substrates. Strong colour performance and outstanding gloss. Good resistance to solvents, chemicals, cleaning agents and fuels once cured.
FPR flexes further still and is the better choice where flexing is the single hardest demand. Cure speed is moderate — FC or PER are faster. Solvent resistance is good rather than outstanding.
Mix 100 parts ink base with 10–20 parts AIC recommended hardener by weight. Pot life is 4–6 hours at 25 °C.
