Questions & answers
A fast-drying two-component screen printing ink developed specifically for flexible and laminated surfaces, giving the best flex resistance in the Manson range.
Laminated EVA, TPU film and sheet, EVA foam, and any printed surface subject to repeated bending and flexing.
Best flex and crack resistance in the range — this is the grade to reach for when the print keeps cracking. Excellent adhesion on flexible and laminated materials. Fast drying. Good resistance to solvents, chemicals and cleaning agents. Outstanding gloss.
Solvent and chemical resistance is good rather than outstanding; where the part meets aggressive agents, OPP-AS or ESR. Two-component only, so there is a pot life to manage. On a flexible part where certified material is also required, OPP-SK is the certified flexible grade.
Mix 100 parts ink base with 10–20 parts AIC recommended hardener by weight. Pot life is 4–6 hours at 25 °C.
